The challenge

Event planning brings together creative ideas, budgets, production logistics, and presentation material. A useful product needs to connect those pieces so the same plan can support both a planning conversation and the team doing the work.

Our approach

We built two ways to work with the same plan: a cinematic Story for communicating the vision, and an operational Blueprint for reviewing the details. Structured AI generation sits inside a wider application with team accounts, billing, and background processing.
